1.¿Where Panoramex Tours & Travel is located?

Our offices are located at Av. De las Américas 1545 21st floor int. 2106 Col. Providencia C.P 44630 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

2.What is the meeting point to start the tour?

The Panoramex Tours & Travel vehicles will pick up passengers at their previously agreed hotel or address (within the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara), then we will take them to the boarding area at the Minerva Zone to start the experience. If the address is outside the Metropolitan Area, there is an additional cost that can vary starting at $350 pesos MXN according to the distance. (The cost is for the service, not per person). In our tours of Herradura Express Train, José Cuervo Express Train, Tequila Express Casa Sauza, hot air balloon flight is required full payment three days or more in advance according to availability

3. Would you go to my hotel or home to pick me / us up at no cost?

Yes, our logistics are designed to meet your needs. The vehicles go to pick clients up which had previous reservation to any hotel in Guadalajara or private addresses within the peripheral area of Guadalajara.

4. Would you drop me off at my hotel / address when we return?

Yes, in private travel , the transfer from your hotel to the destination is round trip. The modality of the group tour the return is in strategic places of the city: Historic Center of Guadalajara, Minerva Zone, Expo Zone and Plaza del Sol./p>

5. What is the minimum number of people required for this experience?

The group tour modality has NO minimum number of people required. The private travel modality has a minimum of three people or the equivalent payment of three people.

6.How long is the tour?

The tour is between 6 and 7 hours long approximately. There might be waiting times.

7. Can I pay the same day of the tour?

You can pay the same day of your tour. However, it is subject to availability. We recommend you pay in advance a part of the total price to guarantee your place.

8.How can I pay my tour?

Send us an email to info@panoramex.mx the tour of your choice, the number of passengers and the form of payment you want. Afterwards, a Panoramex Tours & Travel's representative will provide you with all the requested information as well as recommendations about your trip. You can pay by bank, by debit or credit card, by transfer or you can pay by PayPal even if you do not have an account with them. Once your payment has been done, you will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the payment is received.

9. What kind of vehicles are used for tours?

Our priority is to keep CO2 emissions level as low as possible, therefore we usrisedan car if the tour is for 1-3 people. From 4-9 people, Kia Sorento, Honda Pilot, Vans are used for 14 people. If the tour is for 10 or more people, use a Sprinter or an IRIZAR tourist bus. All our vehicles are in excellent conditions to travel, and are driven by local experts with official driver's license as well as car insurance, air conditioning, bluetooth and in the case of bus, toilets and tv screens.

10. How can I recognize the Panoramex Tours & Travel's representative who would pick me up the day of the tour??

Panoramex Tours & Travel team will have a uniform with our logo. They will go to the home address or to the lobby of your hotel at the time previously established.

11. How to know if the destination I am interested in is safe to visit?

Our priority is to keep our visitors safe, so if there is a safety problem or some other factor that affects tourism, we ask the travelers for a change of destination or we will reimburse the price of the tour 100%
